After seeing so many super adorable felt headbands on etsy, Anthropologie, and the like--but balking at the prices--I decided that making my own would be nicer and a lottttt cheaper.
Felt: $0.25 for a sheet (Jo Ann's has an array of felt in any color you want)Black headband: $3.99 for 3 at Target

Create a pattern on paper of the flower petal you want. Cut a few out from the felt. Place it in whatever way you want. Then, to keep it in place, sew it onto the headband.
Voilà! You got yerself a cute headband and for half the cost.
